Scope of 1-Year Coverage

KALAYI guarantees that the internal machine and movement caliber of your purchased watch will remain free of factory craftsmanship defects for 1 full year from the date of initial delivery across Pakistan. If an internal timing or battery movement irregularity arises, our horology inspection team will service or replace the core components.

Guidelines & Exclusions

To preserve horological integrity, our manufacturer machine warranty strictly excludes exterior cosmetic degradation incurred through regular wear, including:

• Scratching, chipping, or fracturing of the hardlex crystal, bezel, or metal casing resulting from accidental impact.
• Water damage caused by exceeding specified splash-proof depth tolerances or submerging with an unseated crown.
• External strap wear, link adjustments, or interventions conducted by unauthorized third-party watchmakers.
